Dashcam integration
Dashcams wired into the fuse box with the cables routed out of sight. No trailing wires, no dangling mounts, and recording that starts with the ignition.
What it is
A dashcam records the road while you drive, and with parking mode, while the car is parked. Hardwiring connects it to the car's fuse box so it switches on with the ignition and can watch the car when it is locked.
The work is in the wiring. Cables run behind the headliner and pillar trim so nothing shows, and a voltage cut-off protects the battery in parking mode.

What goes on the car
We name the exact product, its specification and its warranty in writing on your estimate, so you know what is going on the car before you approve the work.

- Format the memory card every few months.
- Check the camera is recording after any battery work.
What it will not do
- Parking mode draws a small current; the cut-off stops it before the battery runs low.
- Rear cameras on some cars need extra trim work, quoted when we see the car.

Will parking mode drain my battery?
Not when it is hardwired properly. A voltage cut-off switches the camera off before the battery drops too low to start the car.
Will I see any wires?
No. Cables are routed behind the headliner and pillar trim, and the camera sits behind the mirror.
Can you fit a camera I already bought?
Usually, yes. Bring it in and we will check it and the hardwire kit before fitting.
