Detailing and interior
Exterior and interior detailing, protection for new cars before they see the road, and interior restoration for leather and trim that has lived a little.
What it is
Detailing is a complete, careful clean of the car, inside and out, done by hand with the right product for each surface. It is not a car wash: seams, vents, door shuts, wheels and the fabric and leather of the cabin all get attention.
New-car protection means doing it before the first mark: the paint prepared and protected, the cabin surfaces treated, before the car is used every day.
Interior restoration goes further. Trim comes off so leather, veneer and plastics can be cleaned, reconditioned or repaired properly rather than worked around.

How the job runs
Inspection
Inside and out, logged and photographed, with stains, wear and damage recorded.
Exterior
Wash, decontamination, wheels, arches and door shuts, and correction where it is part of the job.
Interior
Vacuum and steam, fabric and carpet cleaning, and leather cleaned and conditioned with products suited to it.
Restoration where needed
Trim is removed for access, and leather, veneer and plastics are repaired or reconditioned panel by panel.
Protection
Paint, glass and cabin surfaces are protected so the result lasts.
Check and handover
Every surface is checked under the light before the car is marked ready.
What goes on the car
We name the exact product, its specification and its warranty in writing on your estimate, so you know what is going on the car before you approve the work.
Options
Aftercare
- Condition leather every few months with a pH-balanced product.
- Use sunshades when parked; Delhi sun dries leather and fades trim.
- Clean spills quickly, especially on light leather.
What it will not do
- Worn-through leather can be recoloured and refinished, but it is not new leather.
- Some old stains can be lightened but not removed.
- Restoration is quoted after we see the cabin; every interior is different.

What is the difference between a wash and detailing?
A wash cleans the paint. Detailing works through the whole car by hand: wheels, arches, door shuts, glass, trim, and every surface of the cabin, each with a product suited to it.
Can you restore cracked or faded leather?
Often, yes. Leather can be deep cleaned, repaired, recoloured and conditioned. Leather that has worn right through may need retrimming instead, and we will tell you which after seeing it.
Should I protect a new car straight away?
It is the easiest time, because the paint and cabin have no marks to correct. Many owners combine new-car protection with PPF or a coating before the first long drive.
Do you take the interior apart?
For restoration, yes, as far as the job needs. Trim that comes off can be cleaned and repaired properly, and it all goes back the way it came out.
