Interior restoration
The Bentley came in for its interior. The cabin is red leather almost everywhere you look: seats, dash, console, door cards and steering wheel, set against dark wood veneer and chrome. In a cabin like this, one tired surface pulls the eye from all the others, so the work has to hold together across the whole interior.
Interior restoration is slow work, and it starts by taking the cabin apart. Trim comes off so each surface can be reached properly rather than worked around. The photograph was taken mid-job, with the far door card removed and its wiring exposed, before the cabin was put back together.
